The unnamed manager of Yuki Nagato's apartment appears in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Part 5. He was also the manager of Ryouko Asakura's apartment before she disappeared.
An elderly man, he is hard of hearing. He seemed to approve of Kyon and Haruhi Suzumiya's relationship, and complimented Haruhi's looks. He was questioned by Haruhi and Kyon in relation to Asakura's disappearance.
He is voiced by Takeshi Aono, and by Steve Kramer in the Bandai Dub.
