Setting[]
The OVA takes place in the same setting as the light novels, manga, and the anime.
Episodes[]
Each episode has a title from a line in the episode. The title was not present in the episode itself, but can be found on the back of the Japanese DVD/BD release. During the episode, only the name and episode number were given.

DVDs[]
Churuya-san was released over the course of three DVD volumes in May/June/July 2009 in Japan with The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya. The first five episodes were on the first volume with four episodes on each of the other two volumes.
Bandai Entertainment licensed the series along with Haruhi-chan and released it on two volumes (7 episodes on one with 6 on the other). Both Manga Entertainment UK and Madman have also licensed it for their respective regions and plan on releasing a sub-only set.
Music[]
Nyoron Churuya-san does not have an opening or ending song. The opening tune was Nyoroon toshite Kimochi (This Nyoron feeling) and the ending tune was Matamitehoshii Nyoro (Please watch again~). As with the other Haruhi background music, Satoru Kousaki composed the BGM. The original soundtrack was released with the Haruhi-chan soundtrack in the first JP DVD volume like the other TV/OVA series.

Trivia[]
- Unlike Haruhi-chan, the characters (except Churuya and Achakura) are depicted as full-sized, yet with relatively blank expressions and monotone voices (the latter is to be expected with Yuki, though). The non-chibi characters are also depicted as jerks.
