Parallel Sidestory III: The Message from Meiji 38, All Clear Out Here is a Haruhi Suzumiya Manga chapter in volume 9. Meiji (明治時代 (Meiji-jidai)) 38 corresponds to the year 1905.

In Meiji 38, while chasing a cat, Haruhi bumps into an author writing about the decline of the Meiji. After she leaves, he comments on her group, the SOS Brigade.

Haruhi wants her group to find the best tea ever made, "Five-Dimensional Tea", which she says she had once before but can't remember where. Kyon complains they can't know what tea it is from the name. Koizumi is willing to fulfill her request, and tells Kyon they are on the verge of a new era where women express themselves, such as Akiko Yosano (与謝野 晶子), a feminist author from the late Meiji period. Koizumi is reading her magazine, Myōjō (明星). They also discuss the author, but can only agree that he seems to be someone important.

At a tea-tasting ceremony, Haruhi declares Asahina's tea to be the "Five-Dimensional Tea". Koizumi is baffled since it is a commonplace brand. When Kyon tries the tea, he wakes up in the SOS Brigade clubroom, and Haruhi rebukes him for falling asleep in the middle of the day.

Kyon drinks some of Mikuru's tea, which makes him wake up in the Meiji era again, and thinks the future was a dream.

The author decides to write a story about a girl who characterizes the new age, and has a strong-willed unreserved personality. Haruhi, meanwhile, tells Asahina that this was great tea, and if she is reincarnated, to make it again for her.
